INGREDIENTS:

?1.5 lbs-cubed rib eye steak
?1/2 cup-diced onions
?1 cup-cubed bell peppers
?1 tablespoon - ghee butter @omgheebutter
?1/2 tablespoon-mirin
?high temp oil as needed
?1/2 tablespoon-soy sauce
?1/2 teaspoon- #Flavorgod Himalayan sea salt
?1/2 teaspoon- #Flavorgod Garlic lovers

DIRECTIONS:

☄️In a sauté pan, heat oil
☄️season the cubed ribeye with #Flavorgod Himalayan sea salt.
☄️add ribeye to hot pan and cook until proper sear is achieved on 2 sides.
☄️remove the ribeye when done
☄️In the same pan add ghee butter, once the butter has melted add the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until brown, (scraping bottom bits at same time)next add bell peppers season veggies with Flavorgod lemon pepper and sauté together for another 4-5 minutes.
☄️add the mirin and the soy sauce and add the ribeye and sauté together for another minute.
