Loved that session with @aliwoodwardstrength @silvermerefit tonight. Give it a try for some serious explosive power. -10x20m sprint (walk back as recovery)
-30sec jabs -40sec skipping sprint -bar jumps until failure -explosive 1 arm press-ups. 10 each side.

5 rounds with 3 minutes recovery in between= pain :) #fitness #power
