Jerk Shrimp Tacos!!

Ingredients:
Pineapple Slaw
35g shredded cabbage
35g chopped pineapple
15g mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lime juice
FlavorGod Habanero, to taste
FlavorGod S+P, to taste

Combine everything in a bowl and set aside.

Shrimp
1 Tbsp EVOO
1/2lb large prawns, deveined and shelled
1.5 tsp FlavorGod Jerk Seasoning
Pinch of FlavorGod S+P

Heat a pan over medium heat.
Toss the shrimp in the seasonings to coat well.
Add the EVOO.
Cook the shrimp in the oil for a few minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Remove from heat.

To assemble tacos, heat up a pan over medium high heat.
Make 3 sets of 2 corn tortillas in each stack.
place on the pan and heat both sides for a couple of minutes.
Place the slaw, then shrimp and any other add ons such as cilantro, sour cream and avocado.
Serve immediately with some lime wedges
