Ingredients:
?2 cups - potato / peeled, cubed
?1 - carrot / ruff chop
?1 cup - onion / diced
?4-8 - garlic / cloves
?1/4 cup - cashews

✅1/2 cup - water from boiled veggies
✅3 tsp - lemon juice
✅1/2 tsp - #flavorgod pink salt & pepper
✅1-2 tbsp - #flavorgod Cheese Seasoning

Directions:
1.Combine the potato ,carrot, garlic, cashews and onion in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
2.Drain and transfer to a food processor or blender. (Save 1/2 cup of boiled water).
3.Add all boiled ingredients to blender including: 1/2 cup of the boiled water, lemon juice, #flavorgod cheese seasoning, and #flavorgod pink S&P and process for about 2 minutes, or until totally smooth.

Serve over veggies, potatoes, rice or pasta for a healthy meatless meal!
