Simple nutritious lunch ? today I made quinoa with sauté cherry tomatoes and kale.
Cook quinoa according to direction on the packaging. In a separate pan sauté garlic, add cherry tomatoes, thyme, kale, salt + pepper. When I was in Sri Lanka I talked to Ayurveda doctor who told me about sesame oil and its nutritional values. When I returned to New York I decided to give it a try. So now I use sesame oil for sautéing vegetables and really like it ? #quinoa #lunch #nutrition #eat
