Real talk: mental health is one of the most important topics that doesn't get discussed enough. I am thankful every day for my therapist and to @juliarothman for introducing me to her. I met her during one of the darkest times of my life and she's helped me walk through, and appreciate, so many other stages of life. It is the most important investment I've made in my health and one I'm so thankful- and fortunate- to be able to make. Whether you find support in therapy, a group of friends, family, quiet moments outside or any other outlet, don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it- or to offer an ear when someone else needs yours.
