"My current position in Avionics Line Maintenance was inspired by my fascination with electricity and my desire to not only challenge myself, but to broaden my overall knowledge and skills as an aircraft mechanic. However my desire to work in aviation was only recently discovered. As a young person I wasn’t sure of “what I wanted to be when I grew up”. One thing I did know was that I wanted a job that would allow me to use my hands, exercise my brain, and physically move around and stay active (preferably outside). After moving to Hawaii in 2007 and befriending some aviation enthusiasts I got my first taste of this wonderfully exciting industry.
