Fidèle a la tradition d'homme québécois, mon père a joué au hockey toute sa vie. Alors que je commençais a rêver de voyage, j'avais retenu, petite, qu'il n'avait traversé l'Atlantique qu'une seule fois... pour venir jouer au hockey, en Suède, à l'âge 15 ans. Ces histoires-exploits de Superpapa qui nous aide a définir cette jeunesse que l'on tente de leur imaginer. "Ils ont même gagné le tournoi !" Je m'étais promis qu'un jour je ramènerais mon père dans ce pays. Le genre de souhait que j'aurais pu regretter de ne pas avoir réalisé... Et bien, nous y voilà ! ?‍? ? When I started to realize the world was something I wanted to explore, it somehow marked my imagination that my father had been to Sweden at the age of 15 for his only trip oversea. Being a true "Quebecois", obviously my father played hockey and his team came all the way to Sweden then for a tournament. (Which they ended up winning, the legend gloriously tells ?)
