That's my husband @likemark and his mum @cherihonkala they know what it means to be poor. Cheri has long been an advocate for poor people's rights. She raised my husband—her son—as a homeless single mother living in extreme poverty. She knows the struggle and she fights daily with her organization @PPEHRC to ensure equality for all.
Cheri is now running to be the state rep for the 197th district in Philadelphia. If elected, she promises to ban fracking, ensure clean drinking water, feed the hungry, house the homeless, ensure living wages with benefits and union-friendly work environments, and ensure healthcare for everyone. She plans to make waves for the whole state as the state rep for the 197th.
I'm helping her fundraise for her campaign, so she gets the opportunity to continue to help homeless mothers, children and anyone else living in poverty.
