Good 3 days racing in Melbourne at the Victorian champs against some speedy Australians! Grateful to have got the win yesterday in 2.03.02 after running a solo 2.02.75 only 19 hours earlier and a heat 24 hours before that. Well done to one of my inspirations @annelieserubie (Olympic 400m semi finalist and making an amazing step up to the 800- watch this space) on 2nd and the very talented Georgia Griffith on 3rd. Big shout out to my amazing friend @abbeydelamotte who unfortunately had to pull out due to a sore calf but lots of races to come, so much fun hanging out this weekend girl, thanks for everything!!! Awesome to see everyone else too including @kiwi_elle (bring on America!!) and so grateful to @kellyhetherington and her family for having me to stay (and great hang outs!!) as well as a couple of nights at Abbeys and topped it off with going to Planet Shakers last night!! So excited to get home to see the hubs and our precious @tux_running_dog after he was not in a good way at all and needed to be at the vets for 2 days but sooo relieved that he is ok now!!! Thanks for having me Melbourne!!
