Addressing Imbalances: As I've ramped up training, I've been working with my PT, @charliemerrill on antagonist exercises so that I remain injury-free while maximizing my progression. My lat muscles are powerful, but they can restrict my mobility. If you have tight shoulders like me, try this simple stretching exercise while lying on a foam roller (mine is from @protecathletics ).
