INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 1/2-cooked chicken /diced
▪️1 tsp - #Flavorgod pink salt& pepper
▪️2-4-tbsp - buffalo SEASONING
▪️1/4-cup - cream cheese
▪️2-tbsp - green onions /fine chop
▪️2-tbsp parsley

▪️3- large egg roll sheets
▪️1/3-cup mozz cheese
▪️3-small tomatoes
▪️1/2-avocado
▪️1 -egg / beaten
▪️canola oil/vegetable oil - as needed

DIRECTIONS:
?In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients together and mix well
?lay the egg roll sheets flat and fill with 1/4 cup of the mixture
?sprinkle with cheese
?lay strips of avocado on top
?add tomatoes on top of avocado
?fold wontons according to video
?in a heavy bottom pan or cast iron add the oil heat to a medium/high
?fry each side for about 3 min each side or until golden brown
?let sit for about 5-10 minutes
