2 years ago today I was fortunate enough to take Donovan to Paris while attending a work event.
This trip was probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had with my Son.
It was just us, together in a foreign city, making our way. We kept a keen eye out for street art, went to so many museums ( our favorites being Centre De Pompidou, The Louvre ) went to a skate park where I met/made fast friends with @galleriegeraldinezberro a tres cool Mom and gallery owner, we went to the PSG soccer store, we ate and ate. ( I begged him to try escargot. - A no go. Lol. ) We had Gelato by the Seine and visited My favorite Basilica, Sacre'-Coeur and Notre Dame. We also searched for Jim Morrison's burial place at Cemetiere du Pere-Lachaise.... I will never forget this time with him.
I hope he will always travel, seek adventure, culture, architecture and people from all walks of life. Mainly, because we are ONE.
