A really easy homemade chicken soup enhanced with @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of pre-cooked chicken, shredded
3 celery stalks, diced
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 large yam or sweet potato, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 quarts of chicken, turkey or vegetable broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large soup pot or dutch oven over medium heat, sauté the celery, carrots, and onion in a little oil for 4-5 minutes. Season to taste with Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn

Next add the broth, diced potatoes, garlic, and a bay leaf to the pot. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Finally add the pre-cooked chicken, chopped parsley, and more Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pink Peppercorn if needed. Simmer just until chicken is heated through.

Remove bay leaf, serve hot and enjoy!
