i know this photo doesn't mean a lot to you, because it couldn't possibly. only i really know the moments it was so challenging and difficult and the moments i didn't think id make it here. but i didn't blow out this candle for me because i can't do this alone. the people in my life who hold my hand, lift me up and some days literally carry me through everything have all my love and appreciation today. they know exactly who they are and they're the biggest blessing in my life. the day i decided to be sober was just the beginning of the craziest most wonderful adventure. im not going to graduate, and i don't know what the future holds, but on days like today i will celebrate and i will let my best friends sing to me and i will blow out a candle and thank everyone who loved me until i learned to love myself, because all that really matters is today. and today was a really good day. if you don't think you could ever stop doing something you wish you could stop doing, please believe me, you can ❤
