Weighing in at an impressive 500 pounds, Calypso, a green sea turtle, is one of the stars of the @nationalaquarium’s Blacktip Reef exhibit! She was rescued in 2000 by the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation after stranding on a beach in Long Island. An infection led to the loss of her left flipper and she found a permanent home at the Aquarium in Baltimore.
