INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 - pie crust / pre made pie dough or from scratch
▪️3 - zucchini sliced thin (lightly salted)
▪️1.5 - eggplant sliced thin (lightly salted)
▪️3 - carrots sliced thin (lightly salted)
▪️as needed #flavorgod pink salt&pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESE MIXTURE:
▪️1-cup-mozzarella
▪️7-oz- sour cream
▪️1/2-cup- parmesan cheese
▪️2-4 tablespoons- Flavorgod buffalo ▪️1 tablespoons-Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt

DIRECTIONS:
▪️Preheat oven to 380* Fahrenheit
▪️roll out prepared pie dough over pie baking dish
▪️In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients listed above for cheese mixture
▪️layer the bottom of the pie with the cheese mixture
▪️piece by piece start rolling the lightly salted, thin strips of veggies until you reach desired diameter to fit into the pie
▪️Bake in oven for 45-50 min
▪️let sit for about 10 min
