. "Tuesday morning Gus greeted me at about 5:00 am by vomiting up a hairball. I knew he wasn't feeling well after that, he simply was not himself, very quiet and still, and he was not hungry. I checked him at lunch and it was more of the same. I took him to his regular vet, who was alarmed at his heart rate (350 BPM).
