I ran into this and it freaked me out because I didn't realize there was an event going on ;-; I didn't see anything about the party hat Pikachu on Pokebeach this morning! for anyone curious you can find these until March 6th for the celebration of Pokemon's 21st anniversary. Kind of cool I'm almost exactly the same age as Pokemon if it would have been launched on the 13th ?
