How I keep my body like it is.... ....
1) Eat healthy @leanmeals and make sure I eat breakfast every day
2) Exercise a few days a week ranging from Pilates, cross fit circuit with @itsmagicmatt , tonning class or my favourite yoga @ddpyoga
3) Walk my dog the hill makes me breathless ??
4) Don't smoke and don't take social drugs
5) I do have an occasional glass of wine ? my units are under the weekly recommended amount
6) Take a good multi vitamin
7) Drinks lots of water ...
...
I do have cheat days and lazy days though. ?
Do you have any tips to look good both on the inside & outside?
