Make tonight’s dinner extra special with an exemplary cut of meat. Pick up our prime boneless strip steak from @pinelandfarms at our recently updated meat counter in our #SoHo market in #NYC. Our favorite technique for medium rare perfection: Heat oven to 400, brown steak in sizzling cast iron pan over high heat for 2 min per side, put the steak in the oven for 8 min. Remove, add some butter, a few sprigs of thyme, and a couple of garlic cloves to the pan and baste on the stovetop over low heat for 2 min. Done!
