Loved getting up close to these beautiful regal Blue Iguanas indigenous to the Cayman Islands but sadly due to the arrival of the more common Green Iguanas their numbers and dwindled dramatically putting them on the endangered species list. The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park has a fantastic conservation program that has successfully increased the number surviving from a little over 100 to 1000 in the past few years. @visitcaymanislands #grandcayman #blueiguana #endangered
