Congrats on a great career! #Repost @osugymnast23 The last 20 years of my life have been a very memorable journey with so many great learning experiences that gymnastics have taught me along the way. In the beginning at Hocking Valley, I was taught the 4 D's to Success; Desire, Dedication, Discipline and Determination. These words have stuck with me and shaped the way I approach everything I do and motivated me to be the best person and athlete I could be. As a youngster my dream was to compete at The Ohio State University. With all the hard work and determination I was able to achieve that dream when I received a scholarship to compete and represent the Buckeyes! Throughout my collegiate career I learned to trust the process, and the importance of TEAM. Every time I saluted for a routine I had the confidence and trust in myself that I would hit my routine and deliver the routine needed. Gymnastics has given me so many life long friends, stories and most importantly life lessons. I would like to give a huge thank you to Mike Serra for always believing in me, pushing me to new levels and teaching and motivating me to be the best I could be! Also, I would like to thank Rustam Sharipov for being my right hand man, always being there for me, and showing me how to be successful! Lastly, I want to say thank you to my Mom and Dad for being my biggest supporters throughout my journey! They were always there no matter the state or even country I was competing in, cheering me on and never missing a meet from the very beginning in 1999 to my final routine last night. I can't thank you enough for all you've done for me to live out my dreams! With that being said, I would like to announce that I am officially retiring from the sport of gymnastics. Thank you to all my friends, family and fans for always being so supportive of me and my career on my journey to success! #Juice
