Sunday: Homemade Douhua #豆腐花 with rhubarb and a steamed custard mantou on the side ? douhua is a soymilk pudding (I even made the soymilk from scratch ??‍♂️) and eaten all across China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand as either breakfast, a snack or dessert
