January we (finally) broke ground on my place in Chicago. @griffinpemberton and I have been working steadily on the design and creative direction since June 2016. It's an understatement to say how excited I am for the final product. 1000sq ft. and a mix/match of design methodologies and tastes from Asia to Scandinavia, from California to NYC. I'm very excited for it to be finished in March and I owe a lot to Griffin who worked hard these last several weeks to flesh out all the architectural elevation, mechanical, and electrical diagrams (and now being on-site holdin' it down week after week). Everything will be custom fabrication. This is the front view of what was once the kitchen. More soon!
