You may not have heard of the toughest trail running race in the world – and with good reason. There’s no Notice of Race, no website, no registration process (or at least, no publicly available one) and the entry fee is less than the cost of a Clif Bar. The race is the #BarkleyMarathons, and no one is even really sure when it starts, how long it actually is, or if anyone is going to finish.
One thing, that is for sure, is that Canadian trail runner @garyrobbins is training hard for this year’s event. Read more about Gary and the Barkley Marathons at suunto.com/sports
