HI EVERYONE! Want to work out with me tomorrow?? I am going to try to do something new tomorrow and would like you guys to be a part of it. Me, @frederikaegidius and @bk_gudmundsson and a few athletes on the CrossFit Reykjavik team are going to train at 9am eastern time ;) How I am going to have you guys be a part of it?  I am going to have this on facebook LIVE on my page and then I am going to have you guys come up with the workouts we do!  We will do 2-4 workouts depending on time and intensity. I will NOT do something stupid - for those who had started writing down "1.000 MU for time"  hahah I will look at what you guys have to suggest and then we build up something fun together! Looking forward to talking to you guys and by all means, join and do the same workouts with us as well!
