RECIPE:
1 cup of chickpeas
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of cooking wine
2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
½ tsp of cayenne
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tsp of pink salt (or to taste)

Mustard sauce
2 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 tbsp of tahini
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of maple syrup
A dash of cayenne
Other ingredients needed,
Tortillas
Spinach
Broccoli sprouts
Baked Carrots
Baked Beets .
.
Directions
1)Using a frying pan, turn on stove on medium heat, add your oil, then your chickpeas. Fry for a good 3-5 minutes.
2)Add your cooking wine and all other ingredients and fry until chickpeas are golden orange/brown.
3)For the sauce just mix well into a bowl. Set a side.
4)Cut your beets and carrots into mash sticks and you can either eat them raw or bake them for 20 minutes.
5)Mix sauce with chickpeas into a bowl and its ready to serve.
6)Cook the tortillas and layer it up how over you’d like.
