Q. What are you seeing as the key trends in wedding stationery in 2017?
A. PERSONALIZATION: Personalization is huge. It is bigger than ever and brides are seeking out that extraordinary detail that will set them apart and make a beautiful impression. Working with a couture invitation designer will remain the ultimate in wedding stationery.
TEXTURE: Layers upon layers upon more layers is big. We’re seeing this with layered laser cut wraps and folders, playing with different materials like velvets or a textured linen and watercolor. This year is all about activating the senses and elevating through texture and depth. I’m loving the designs my team and I are working on as we’re getting to play quite a bit with beautiful paper stocks, color palettes and unique packaging design to enhance the texture of the suites. It's all about creating a sense of adventure and a very tactile experience!
