Be good to you!! #HappyValentinesDay #LoveYourself #ItsStillYourTime I Love You soup recipe: INGREDIENTS: 1 small onion Coconut oil Broth stock or water Kale or Spinach Frozen green beans Sardines or salmon 1 sliced garlic clove Bean sprouts or basil (garnish) Lotus ramen noodles or another healthy noodle Fish sauce or soy sauce PREPARATION: --Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in pan. --Chop 1 small onion. --Sauté onion alone to caramelize. --Add 3 to 4 cups broth stock or water. --1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce. --1 cup frozen kale or spinach. --1 cup frozen green beans. --1 can sardines or salmon. --Fresh sliced garlic clove and or fresh ginger if you have it. --At this point anything healthy can be added... broccoli mushrooms jalapeño. --Add Bean sprouts or basil to top it off at the end (kind of fake pho). --Bring to a boil then simmer for ten minutes then bring back to a low boil and add lotus ramen noodles or another healthy noodle with low sodium. --Salt and pepper, even crushed red pepper, to taste. --Boil four minutes. Then enjoy and love yourself with every spoonful.
