We’re three days into #NYFW and two key shows have referenced the old American Wild West. Maybe it’s because much of the world right now seems lawless, and filled with reckless bad guys, kind of like it did back in those early pioneering days in American history. Either way, both Raf Simons (@Calvin Klein) and Alexander Wang (@アレキサンダー・ワン) chose to touch on this bit of Americana in their own unique way. What this will most likely mean for your wardrobe is a plethora of cowboy boots to choose from in stores. Raf Simons created some excellent options at Calvin Klein. Meanwhile, Alexander Wang’s came in sleek black and looked very cool when paired with a boxy double-breasted Prince of Wales check blazer layered over a denim jacket and leggings on pal Hanne Gabby Odiele (@ハンネ・ギャビー・オディール), pictured here.
