Welcome to Raf Simons' America. Shown against an art installation by Sterling Ruby, his debut Calvin Klein (@Calvin Klein) collection was a celebration of Americana, complete with stiff double denim and cowboy boots, tailored hybrid coats with grandma quilts and a political statement via David Bowie singing 'This Is Not America.' In his press notes, Simons said the show reflects 'all of these different people with different styles dress codes. It's the future, the past, Art Deco, the city, the American West...' and his star-packed audience was just as diverse with Gwyneth Paltrow, Alexa Chung, A$AP Rocky, the cast of Moonlight, Sofia Coppola, Sarah Jessica Parker and Millie Bobby Brown – all seated front row.
