So here is the promised video.... AMRAP... FYI, I did 10 rounds in 20mins with a lap around the villa included everytime!!! Up and down flights of stairs too!!! I was completely wrote off afterwards and to be honest I'm still curled up in a freezing, little ball feeling sorry for myself after this and everything else I've done today!! ??? And before people whinge, we accidentally missed off the press ups from the vid but I did do them! And yes I look sweaty and terrible but I'm training soooooo no complaints about that either!!! ?? Loving prestige bootcamp and getting through it with all my @minivnutrition supplements makes it that little bit easier!! Can't thank @iain_reitze_prestige_boot_camp and Staff W enough for having me!!! ?
