These might sound totally bizarre but here goes...The kids woke up mega early today as everyone is still full of cold in this house. After making a big carrot and apple juice I've experimented with the pulp and made muffins out of it. Some added banana and cinnamon for flavour and some honey to sweeten and spelt flour to bulk them out. Waste not want not and all that!
