My Kimchi Recipe is a video, further down on my ig page.

This dish is a traditional Korean dish.
The bowl is made from a stone and gets very hot.
I place sesame oil in the bowl before the rice so I get a crispy crust to the outside layer of rice.
The veggies and meat are made separately then added to the hot pot.

Once proper heat is achieved and before eating, I mix the egg and all ingredients with the rice.
