Final session this morning @loughtonmovementclinic with Joe, Chess and my girl @mandykarimloo Joe introduced me to the rings and got me to try some new things. Can't wait to do more of this in my training. First time trying these moves. Focusing on tempo/control and body weight moves to coincide with the strength training.
