I am just going to address this very quickly and then be done with it. I love my body and I don't give a FUCK if the trolls don't like it. LADIES - you won't always get the respect you deserve in everyday life, but if you respect yourself and your body that's what really matters. I work out five times a week, eat very healthy during the week, and treat myself on the weekends (and today lol)! That is what works for me. You have to find what works for you, and it's nobody's business but your own ??
