Fear - An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous.
Belief - Confidence in the truth or existence of something not immediately susceptible to rigorous proof.
Proof - Evidence or argument establishing or helping to establish a fact or the truth of a statement.
If you are afraid of a person and their beliefs, remember that it is your belief they are a danger to your way of life.
Do not allow politicians and acting politicians who monetise fear to manipulate you into thinking their selfishness is pride. It is not pride. It is shallow and weak.
Embrace the notion that every step your lineage has taken to arrive at you was a purposeful step forward, and then mark your footprint on that very same path.
I am who I am because of who I learnt from. I have learnt acceptance from my parents, dutifulness from Christianity, fairness from my siblings, peacefulness from Islam, and mindfulness from my Fiancée. I have learnt these traits from people I love and religions I do not practice, but their philosophies are equally as powerful. I am not afraid of what I know.
