Sometimes I kill two birds with one stone by napping in my shower. I get clean while catching up on rest...multitasking champion. Today I killed three birds with one stone by also cleaning my teeth at the same time. Unless you're a trained professional, I don't recommend falling asleep in your shower face-up if you sleep with your mouth open...my teeth might be clean but it wasn't my preferred method.
