The news is officially out today on the Japan Times for our second shop in Tokyo. This city has given so much to me - from endless inspiration to a team I consider family. We never cut and paste, and this new store is filled with Japan-only creations from cookies that are shaped like a dahlia that you can eat petal by petal, to square watermelon entremets, to a Zero Gravity chiffon. Mark your calendars and looking forward to seeing you at Mitzukoshi Ginza on March 29th. For all the support of our guests thus far - domo arigato. Wish us luck on the path to opening!
