Post show fuel. Even on tour keeping up with my diet is important and part of the planning. Want to physically be ready for @anastasiabway which in just two weeks, rehearsals start. So straight off the stage I eat then help pack up the gear before hitting the road. Trying to hit minimum 3200 calories a day but if I get to 4000 I'm not worried as it's clean and we are up early for gym, travel and gig.
