Now I'm all for self improvement, chasing dreams, working hard, pushing yourself to achieve and being the best version of yourself that you can be but don't get so caught up in tomorrow that you forget today.

Embrace the journey, the process, live everyday to the fullest and don't wish your life away waiting for something else to come! Be content and grateful for all the amazing things you have, experiences, family, friends, health and lessons you're learning on the way.
Don't hate Monday's and long for Friday's- Make Monday your Friday, smile all day, enjoy it, laugh, do something different, train hard, meet your friends for a drink, whatever just don't waste your Monday's- everyday is a gift ?
