"I've been Freerunning for two months and I can't even do a flip, yet. I suck! Help!!" is one of the messages I get every day. And I know there's always that one guy who learns to backflip on his first day. Well it turns out that's not you and that also wasn't me ? It took me 2 years of training before I started learning flips. Two years of building awareness for my body, strength and skill in other movements. Two really fun years. Don't beat yourself up, patience is key ???
