It's the healthiest! Vegetable Stir Fry cooked on #uchicook #steamgrill pan. Good for vegetarian. Also no oil is used for this meal!
How to cook is very simple:
1. Cut carrot, okra, cabbage, red pepper and broccoli.
2. Wash bean sprouts.
3. Heat the grill pan for 3 minutes.
4. Add the vegetables and grill for 2 minutes, covered.
5. Add 1/2 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for 3 minutes, covred.
6. Sprinkle pepper, salt and chopped garlic. Add soy sauce and stir.
7. Leave for 3 minutes, covered. ・
