Everytime i stepped on the field with that #7 on my back i made sure that whatever happened i did it to the best of my ability. #7 is my favorite number, and to give it up wasnt even hard for me to do. I have so much respect for the man who wore this jersey for all the years he spent playing in Texas and everyone after and im really honored to potentially be the last Ranger to EVER wear this number. This is my most prized/accomplished item i have up to this point in my life. I hope i wore it with as much pride, played with as much energy, came anywhere close to the excitment you brought everyday, and respected the game as much as you did. As I sit here and look at it I reflect on my first year with the Rangers, I'm so grateful that nobody put pressure on me and just allowed me to have fun and help the team win games. I know everyone enjoyed watching you rock it and do what you do best but I also hope yall enjoyed watching that number 7 speed around the bases for maybe the last time as much as I had fun doing it. With that being said, after forcing your way into immortality, i feel like I should probably get this signed. What do yall think?
