The rule of law is one of the fundamental principles of the UK's unwritten or uncodified constitution, as well as being independent, impartial and fair, as the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), which is a legitimate, individual part of the rule of law. On the 6th of December last year, the online edition of the Daily Mail, The Sun and some other tabloids in London produced a story about an "altercation" that I allegedly had in a Gastro restaurant with an assistant manager. As I claimed then and now been also confirmed by CPS, assertions were false and misleading. The assistant manager's claims were factually false and unsubstantiated and my intention is to sue Morales and Robert Gastro Ltd, as "case" was a cynical waste of the Courts, Police and my own time and energy. Unfortunately, none of the publications concerned checked their sources and approached me for a comment or to hear my version of events on the time – they simply did not do so. It was obvious to anyone with the forensic skills of analysis, that the prosecution was doomed to failure and yet both the CPS and Brixton Police have failed to take this on board at a very early stage of the proceedings. On the 09.01.2017, all the charges against me have been dropped by the CPS due to “insufficient evidence “. Thank you for all the support and unconditional faith you've shown to me, during this ordeal. But this story has made me think again about the EU and UK's roll in it. Together with the UK in the EU's Common European Area of Justice, there are of course a number of newborn Eastern-European "democratic" countries (comprising post-communist member states of the European Union like Estonia), where corruption occurs in the state-owned media and the judicial malpractice is the norm for politically motivated cases and unjustified malicious prosecution. If this not a betrayal of the centuries of British justice, as well as a political disgrace, to be in one union with such EU member states like Estonia, what then is? If Brexit really does mean Brexit, we must leave the European Union straight away!
