Setting the table for our DDQ (Dominique's Dessert Barbecue) menu at U.P. From dessert "banchan" focusing on seasonal ingredients like Concord grapes and persimmons, to a grill at the center where we prepare desserts for you tableside, sweets searing up and served to you warm like molten caramel brownies with cured egg yolk, and a beautiful just-out-of-the-oven Castella cake drizzled with grappa (complete with sweet corn hot chocolate to dip in on the side).
