Everyone did so well it was so hard for me to choose only 3 winners! I wish I could have chose everybody! But here is the results based on the best overall results! I love teaching my girls how to change their habits into healthy ones so even after the challenge they can have a balance I don't believe in crash diets, endless cardio or little calories. This is a lifestyle! Love you girls!
