She had a rough day after the surgery. I had feared for the worst but she had pulled through. She is still drowsy from the meds but she has the spark back in her eyes. She is eating well and grooming herself and our hands. We let her enjoy the breeze and scents in the backyard. She is slowly learning to potty on three legs. If I had opted for the "alternative option", Friday was going to be the day. But We were able to bring her home on Friday. Every day will be a blessing more than ever.
