2017 season 800m opener: Allan and Sylvia Potts Classic.
Really happy and grateful to have won my 8th consecutive title last night!! Time 2.03.67, so am satisfied with the time for the first one since August. Moments like these are why we train so hard day in and day out.
It certainly didn't come easy with Katherine Marshall leading until the last 100m, well done Kat on such a strong race! Also well done to Katrina on 3rd and a big pb! Also to everyone else who competed last night on their PBs and great performances!! Many thanks to Richard and all the officials for running this meet!! Excited for the next races!! ?: Mark Roberts
